Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Omkar Realtors & Developers, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to recruitment and human resources. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and screening resumes from job portals to identify potential candidates for open positions. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process. - Updating and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Assisting in drafting and posting job advertisements to attract qualified candidates. - Communicating with candidates regarding their application status to provide timely feedback and updates. - Helping with onboarding processes and documentation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Performing other administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR as needed to support the team.
