Relevant/Additional Experience

Customer Service with Solar Off Grid/ On Grid / Online UPS / DC Voltage (greater than 300 VDC) / 3Phase Inverter / Lift Inverters

Solar Industry /3 phase Online/Offline UPS

Competitor Brand

Consul Neowatt, Delta, Prostar, Eaton, Eapro, UTL, Statecon, Enerteck etc.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Services Power Electronics Industrial

Monitor successful implementation of quality standard project installations.
Taking care of pre-sales survey for Solar plant
Installation Commissioning of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
Handover Maintenance of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
Execute the customer service delivery for Solar High KVA products.
Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service deliveries like First Time Fix, Quality of repairs.
Ensure timely action on Product Quality issues reported from field.
