Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To Visit Client Offices on Regular intervals
Build strong rapport and professional relationship with cilents
Identify buyers/ bidders/ new clients for NPA / Stressed Assets
Find New tenders for applying across India
Conduct Site Inspections & Visits Across West Region
Must have the zeal to travel across West region and if needed across India Tier 2,3 or 4 Cities.
Find supporting property documents from local authorities and current market value of properties which would be assigned on continous basis.
Must be street smart in achieving his/her sales target
Should have sense of responsibility and be truthful in the work assigned
Must come up with new ideas to garner business or market a property

Preferred candidate profile

Someone who has worked in Sales (or) Willing to work in sales field
Must know Excel, Word, PPT (Above Basic Knowledge)
Individual who has Valuation Experience can also apply
Individual who has mastered in Urban Planning, Architect, Finance, Law, Commerce, Civil Engineer, etc can apply.
We're looking for candidate who has the woomph to Learn and earn and not be stubborn or lazy or rigid.
