Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our laundry team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing laundry operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise a team of laundry attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve laundry washing processes and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of laundry washing activities and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing laundry operations in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective team management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of laundry washing machines and equipment is required.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to laundry washing.
