Job Description:

Role: Technical PM for Retention Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities
Gather requirements for Retention Marketing PBI dashboards
Drive forward dashboard progress in partnership with Brian Cherry’s org and communicate progress/blockers/launch updates back to STDM team (Meghana)
Facilitate UAT and bug resolution for dashboards

Responsibilities:

Above and beyond: Gather use case requirements for CMRD enhancements and drive forward progress on CMRD tickets with EDA Engineering team
Might involve communicating with other Adobe internal teams in different time zones (including IST) but primarily in the US
Above and beyond: drive additional Marketing reporting strategy.

Skill sets/Preferences

US time zone (or at least partially)
English speaking/reading/writing
Familiarity with Adobe customer data and marketing reporting
JIRA familiarity to navigate, add comments/requirements, and potentially create some basic tickets
Optional skills that would be above and beyond: familiarity with…
SQL
Marketo, Gainsight PX, or Pendo (very much optional but might help with troubleshooting)
Workfront (to navigate tickets and projects)
PBI (to make small UI-based changes)

Skills:
