As a candidate for this role, you should have prior working experience specifically in ServiceNow Implementation projects. It is important to note that your experience should be focused on implementation projects only, excluding enhancements and managed services. Your knowledge and experience should extend to the development of one or more ServiceNow applications, such as ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, and CSM, within the ServiceNow Platform. You should be well-versed in best development practices during implementation and be capable of coaching other team members to ensure these practices are followed diligently. Your track record should demonstrate a strong proficiency in managing complex ITSM tool deployments that involve multiple stakeholders and team members. It is essential that you have exposure to the ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools. Ideally, you should have experience working with agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow applications in a scrum-based approach. In this role, you will be required to work effectively under pressure and handle tight timelines. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, should be excellent, along with strong collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills. These skills will be vital in leading an environment that is customer service-driven and emphasizes teamwork. Additionally, you should have the ability to set goals and actively participate in strategic initiatives for the team. Furthermore, you should be capable of fostering the development of high-performance teams and effectively interfacing with individuals at all levels of the organization. Lastly, it is beneficial if you possess knowledge and experience with integration frameworks in ServiceNow.
