As a candidate for this position, you should have prior working experience specifically in ServiceNow Implementation projects, excluding enhancements and managed services. Your knowledge and experience should extend to the development of one or more ServiceNow applications, such as ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, and CSM, within the ServiceNow Platform. It is crucial that you are well-versed in best development practices during implementation and capable of coaching other team members to adhere to these practices. Your track record should demonstrate a strong ability to manage complex ITSM tool deployments involving multiple stakeholders and team members. Familiarity with the ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools will be beneficial in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with agile methodologies, particularly in implementing ServiceNow applications using a scrum-based approach. In this position, you will need to thrive under pressure and be adept at handling tight timelines. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, should be excellent, along with strong collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills. These skills are essential for leading an environment focused on customer service and teamwork. You should also possess the ability to set goals, participate in strategic initiatives for a team, and facilitate the development of high-performance teams while interacting with all levels of the organization. Additionally, your knowledge and experience in integration frameworks within ServiceNow will be a valuable asset for this role.
