Responsibilities:

Bank Limits-Funds and Non fund basedBank Guarantee & LC ExperienceForex Transaction and closuresEnsure the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.Ensuring all bank statements are reconciled against accounting transactionsEnsuring cash/cheque deposits and withdrawals, documents submissions run smoothlyEnsuring all transactions of RTGS/NEFT and other funds transfer run smoothlyEnsuring accurate and timely processing of payments of monthly salary and other creditorsReceiving bills & entering in the systemReview and approve all invoices to be paidPrepare list of creditorsEnsuring all credit cards, rents, property taxes, utility bills and other administrative expenses are paid as per schedulesEnsure payment of Salaries and other statutory and fixed and variable benefits of peopleMaintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)Keep accounts of Petty Cash expensesPrepare list of debtorsResolve queries of customers pertaining to bills and/or other related mattersFollow up with Sales Team for recovery of fundsHandle collections on invoices, especially ones that are overdue.Ensure receipts of rent as per scheduleHandle Management InvoicingMaintain tracker for Export BenefitsWorking with the consulting CS to understand and implement Company law compliances & ROC statutory requirementsWorking with the Excise and GST Consultant to understand and implement GSTWorking with the Labour Consultant to understand and implement PF/ESIC/Bonus/Gratuity and other labour law compliancesOversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash disbursements, payroll (payments & TDS) and bank reconciliation functions.Ensure all entries of sales, purchase, expenses, for assigned group companies are done in an accurate and timely fashion. Helping the team in entries as and when required. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduation candidate.
• 4+ years' of manufacturing or equivalent management experience
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
