Sr. Design Engineer MUMBAI About The Company: Key-Tech Engineering Company is established in 1996, serving the Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Polymer Plants and Leading Engineering Consultants. Key-Tech is a leading manufacturer of HP Valves, Pipe Fittings, Pipes, Lens Gaskets, HP Isometrics, Carbamate Mixer and Critical Equipment Internals for Fertilizer and Chemical Plants in special materials such as Urea Grade SS, Titanium/ Super duplex. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Draft GA drawing for customer approval (schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines) for clients - Draft manufacturing drawings - Create Item Codes - Prepare BOM for the drawings - Ensure that quantity and quality of each design component is accurately estimated to prepare Bill of Material (BOM) for procurement planning - Share purchase requisition with Purchase team for long lead items - Verify designs via engineering calculations viz CFD, Conval, FEM as per requirements - Confirm equipment suitability for given design conditions and material of construction as per suitable engineering Codes
