Verifying the purchase order received from clients against negotiated quotation
Register the SO in system
Generate e-way bills
Generate Invoices
Follow up for LRs
Print and compile all dispatch documents (Road permit, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Challan, LR
Send all documents to factory
Coordination with Operations team regarding the status of the dispatch
Keeping the client updated about the delivery schedule and delays if any and remaining in coordination with the client and delivery person until they receive the product
Ensure all documents as per PO are received by customer
Ensure all Invoices are received by customers
Follow up with customers for receipt of payments
Follow up with accounts for resolving any customer queries
Follow up with Operations team for resolving any customer queries regarding dispatch
Follow up with customer regarding release of bank guarantees
Ensuring that enough people are available in the team for smooth functioning of the department
Coordinating with HR for any employee development initiatives
