Job Description

What this job involves:

You will be part of the Data centre Advisory Team that sits within the business line Capital Markets and Leasing . You will be reporting directly to the Manager of Datacentre Advisory, Mumbai . The job includes the following-

Business development for new lead generations includes cold calling, deliverable follow-ups, attending industry seminars, leveraging existing relations
Stacking includes inventory management, landlord relationship building, potential site stacking for DC as per micro market requirements
Location catchments within Mumbai including Versova, Chandivali, Navi Mumbai and Thane belt
Setting up meetings with key leadership stakeholders in DC industry including landlords, DC operators, etc.
Manage preparations of business collaterals like option sheets, IMs, other submission / client deliverables
Backend support to transaction advisory team to effectively conclude transactions

Team work

Working with our All-India Datacentre team and Datacentre team across APAC, to support the development of new business opportunities and manage the sales administration. On top of this, you will also be working to help improve new sales reporting and our processes. Responsible for meeting individual targets is an on-going expectation.

Open to travel / on-field job
