Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International E-commerce Assistant Manager to lead and manage our e-commerce operations across international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketplace relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and developing strategies to enhance the online presence of our brand globally. This role requires a deep understanding of international e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, digital marketing, and cross-border logistics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, partnerships, and platforms to expand global presence. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to localize the product offering, pricing, and promotions. Manage operations on key international marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for better visibility and conversion. Build and maintain relationships with platform account Junior Managers to leverage promotional opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, ACOS, ROAS, traffic, and sales to drive continuous improvement. Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement. Implement A/B testing on product pages, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize ROI. Work with the supply chain team to ensure accurate forecasting, stock levels, and timely replenishment across global warehouses. Manage cross-border logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, duties, and taxes. Ensure a seamless and localized customer experience, from browsing to post-purchase support. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms. Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to improve customer retention and repeat purchase rate. Oversee translation, currency, and cultural adaptation of the website and product content. Key Requirements: Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management with international exposure. Proven track record of managing international e-commerce platforms and driving revenue growth. Experience working with Amazon (Global Selling), Walmart, and other international marketplaces. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of international e-commerce dynamics, cross-border trade, and digital marketing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and Excel. Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to different markets, cultures, and business practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with logistics partners and understanding cross-border shipping regulations. Familiarity with international tax laws, import/export duties, and VAT/GST Location: Gurgaon HQ
