Assistant Manager- Human Resources

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager- Human Resources to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to enhance organizational performance.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in talent management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Experience in managing budgets, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving goals.
