About the Role:

Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and support functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Source and attract high-quality talent through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires.

HR Operations:

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary inputs and attendance records.
  • Oversee leave, attendance, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Partner with business teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Conduct employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Support the performance management process including goal setting and reviews.
  • Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 47 years of hands-on HR experience across Tech Hiring, HR Operations, and HRBP roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools / HRIS systems.
