ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will oversee the operational aspects of the HR department, including payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. This role requires strategic oversight of HR processes to ensure alignment with company goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth administration of HR systems.

• Payroll & Statutory Management:

Ensure accurate payroll processing, timely compliance with statutory requirements, and manage payroll-related queries.

• Employee Relations:

Handle complex employee issues and grievances, and ensure positive employee relations.

• Performance Management:

Oversee performance reviews, manage performance improvement plans, and ensure alignment with company performance goals.

• HRIS & Data Reporting:

Manage HRIS system, generate reports, and maintain accurate data for HR metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Minimum qualification

MBA- HR (Equivalent courses/certification)

• EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES

5-7 years of experience in HR operations or administration.

In-depth knowledge of payroll management, statutory laws, and HRIS systems.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
