Profile - Assistant Manager - Human ResourcesQualification - MBA HRExperience - 4-10 years in HR GeneralistLocation - Gandhidham, Gujarat

A key part of this role is manpower planning, also known as workforce or human resource planning, which ensures the organization has the right number of skilled employees in the right roles at the right time.
End to End Recruitment (Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, initial screening, Interview Coordination, Placement)
Induction & Joining Formalities and HR Documentation
To prepare organization chart showing reporting structure of all the employees, designation, grade and place of work.
Maintaining personnel file records of the employees
Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management
Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal & Annual KRA’s of the employees

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to 5 LacsSchedule: Day shift
