Our growth plans: We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028. This gives us a bird’s eye view of the market. We’re already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028. About the Role: This is a dual-impact role combining the power of strategic recruitment with people experience. You will drive full-cycle hiring across all departments while also playing a key role in improving the employee lifecycle through onboarding, engagement activities, and market insights. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, build scalable hiring pipelines, and bring in high-quality talent who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (60%) Own end-to-end hiring across Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR roles. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create JDs, run sourcing strategies, and manage interviews to closure. Maintain accurate dashboards, drive metrics like time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratios, and optimize the ATS flow. Onboarding & Experience (20%) Run structured 30-60-90 day connects with new hires to ensure integration, satisfaction, and feedback loops. Coordinate onboarding workflows in collaboration with Admin, IT, and Hiring Managers. Capture onboarding feedback and use insights to improve experience quality. Employee Engagement (15%) Plan and execute quarterly engagement events, team-building activities, and HR-led celebrations (festivals, recognition days, etc.). Work closely with internal teams to drive participation, culture-building, and internal communication. Market Research & HR Benchmarking (5%) Support market intelligence projects including compensation benchmarking, role mapping, and industry hiring trends. Work with external platforms or consultants when needed for insights and comparative studies. What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement in a SaaS or high-growth startup. Proven success in both technical and non-technical hiring across levels. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about delivering great candidate and employee experiences. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, Excel/Sheets, and HRMS dashboards. Self-driven, agile, and able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
