Assistant Manager, Human Resources

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments, contributing directly to our continued success and growth.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior recruiter role, preferably within Textile Industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment across various functions and levels.
• Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Interviewing Expertise: Excellent behavioral interviewing and assessment skills.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
