Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources Experience: 4 – 5 Years Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Industry: Information Technology (IT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – HR to support and enhance our HR operations in the IT domain. The ideal candidate should possess a strong generalist HR background and be capable of independently handling end-to-end HR functions, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and ensure smooth offboarding. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up to date and comply with labor laws and IT industry standards. Support audits and handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Performance Management: Support the implementation of appraisal cycles and KPIs. Coordinate with department heads for timely goal setting and evaluations. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and cultural events. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs. Reports & Analytics: Prepare HR dashboards, attrition analysis, headcount reports, and other HR metrics. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 4 – 5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT industry. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
