Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure legal compliance with Factory Act, Statutory Compliance, PF Act, ESI Act, Gratuity Act, and other relevant statutes.
  • Handle union management and industrial relations effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Implement agreements and ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Oversee factory HR operations, including time office management, wages, and labour welfare.
  • Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (HR/IR).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, Industrial Relations, IR, Union Management, Legal Compliance.
