Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced HR professional at the mid-senior level to lead ourcampus hiring initiatives and contribute to core HR functions. This role demands strongstrategic and operational skills, a passion for early talent acquisition, and a willingness to travelperiodically (travelling shall be confined to the zone you are located at) across India to build andmaintain academic partnerships. The ideal candidate will also contribute to employeeengagement, onboarding, and other generalist responsibilities within the HR function.Key Responsibilities
Design and drive campus recruitment strategies in alignment with talent needs acrossfunctions. Build long-term relationships with colleges, universities, and technical institutionsacross India. Represent the company at campus hiring events, job fairs, pre-placement talks, andbranding activities. Manage end-to-end campus hiring process—from planning and scheduling to selectionand onboarding. Travel across India periodically (travelling shall be confined to the zone you are locatedat) to coordinate and execute high-impact campus engagement activities. Support onboarding, orientation, and early integration of campus hires and interns. Contribute to HR generalist functions, including employee engagement,communication, and policy implementation. Act as a liaison between HR and business teams to support HR initiatives and workforceplanning. Maintain dashboards, recruitment analytics, and reports to monitor performance andimprove processes. Stay updated on campus hiring trends, competitor strategies, and market benchmarks.Qualifications & Skills
MBA or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of progressive experience in HR, including campus hiring and generalistexposure. Proven experience in managing large-scale campus programs and academicpartnerships. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across India during peak campus seasons. Proficient in MS Office and HR tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.).What We Offer
