## Role Description

We are seeking an **Assistant Manager HR / Senior HR Executive** to manage end-to-end HR operations for our BPO verticals. This hands-on role reports directly to the Managing Director and is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a high-energy BPO environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead bulk and niche recruitment for voice/non-voice, domestic, and international processes, including lateral hires.

- Manage onboarding, documentation, and background verification processes.

- Address employee grievances and coordinate with operations teams.

- Drive employee engagement, rewards & recognition (R&R), and retention initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred).

- 3 to 6+ years of HR experience in BPO, KPO, or call center environments.

- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international processes.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Based in Thane, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, or nearby Navi Mumbai areas (preferred).
