Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced professional with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Vadodara/Baroda, you will be responsible for various compliance activities related to Factory Act regulations. This includes handling Labor, LWF, Employment, DISH, PF, ESIC, and CGWA compliance to ensure adherence to statutory and mandatory requirements. Your role will also involve liaising with regulatory bodies such as GPCB, PESO, TDO, Mamlatdar office, Local Sarpanch, Talati, and other industrial bodies/agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal and external audits, prepare reports, and handle related queries. - Manage training programs, both internal and external, and oversee the maintenance of guest houses and rented office facilities in Baroda. - Manage operational aspects including compensation, Bonus, Contract Labor bills, contract renewals, and timely submission of returns. - Oversee Canteen, Security, Transportation, Manpower, and Housekeeping management at the plant level. - Maintain adequate stock levels of consumable and stationery items, participate in 5S activities, and manage the work permit system at the plant level. - Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance within plant operations aligning with EHS team guidelines. Qualifications Required: - B.Com/Commerce degree along with a PG Diploma or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
