The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering with strong hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance in a feed mill or similar process industry. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment. Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure effective resource planning and task allocation. Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair critical machinery such as pellet mills, hammer mills, extruders, conveyors, and boilers. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and statutory requirements. Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and procurement of equipment/services. Collaborate with the production and quality teams to reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency.
