HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – Manufacturing Sector

Location: Chevuru, Mudinepalli Mandal.

Qualification: MBA / MHRM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and recruitment specific to the factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, workers, and trainees.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and attendance.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate and monitor statutory compliances under the Factories Act, Labour Laws, ESI, and PF.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and statutory registers.
• Support payroll preparation, leave management, and shift scheduling.
• Assist in conducting training programs, performance appraisals, and welfare activities.
• Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
• Liaise with contractors regarding HR and compliance matters.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively at the unit level.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Factory Act provisions.
• Hands-on experience in payroll and HRMS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle workforce-related issues with patience and professionalism.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
