Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR, Admin & Operations execution for office and warehouse staff
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation
• Handle routine employee issues, junior staff disputes, warnings, and full & final settlements
• Execute and monitor PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and labour compliances
• Act as the first point of control for discipline, conduct, and workplace behaviour
• Oversee key admin systems and service vendors (security, housekeeping, uniforms, safety)
• Prepare MIS, compliance status, and basic HR/Admin reports for management
• Take ownership of additional cross-functional tasks as delegated by management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
  
• 10 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations in manufacturing, trading, warehousing, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
  
• Strong hands-on understanding of HR & Admin operations in a workforce-heavy setup.
  
• Working knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance systems, PF/ESIC, and labour compliances.
  
• Good command over MS Excel and digital documentation tools.
  
• Sound judgement in handling people issues, discipline, and routine disputes.
  
• High ownership, follow-through, and coordination ability.
