Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

You will be responsible for all HR & Admin activities across all work sites with an employee strength of about 2000 employees. Your work will involve Time Office Management, employee management, grievance handling, and well-being of employees, as well as handling and liaisoning of IR & HR related issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining overall employee discipline. Additionally, other Admin works will be assigned to you as needed. Your industrial experience in this domain should be substantial. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
