Job Purpose: To assist the Quality department in day-to-day quality inspections, documentation, and process control activities, ensuring that press tools and sheet metal components meet required standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities : Assist in in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components and tools. Support in tool dimensional validation using instruments like Vernier, micrometre, height gauge, dial gauge, profile projector, etc. Record inspection data and help in preparing inspection reports and documentation. Maintain calibration records and assist in ensuring calibration of measuring instruments. Help with data entry for quality records and traceability logs. Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities in the Quality Department. Key Skills Required: Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T Good communication and observation skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Reports To: Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer
