Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Housekeeping to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in housekeeping management and a strong background in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
