Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Housekeeping to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping services.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
