As the Assistant Manager Finance and Investor Relations at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD, you will join our senior team on a full-time basis. This position requires 7 to 10 years of professional experience in finance and investor relations, with responsibilities spread across our locations in Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Kottayam. This pivotal role involves strategic management of investor relations, making informed decisions, and contributing to the company's financial strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals (Mandatory skill).
• Investor Relations (Mandatory skill), requiring the ability to foster strong relationships with current and potential investors.
• Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill), essential for effective communication and relationship maintenance across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging, facilitating smooth internal and external communications.
• Monitor and respond to investor inquiries and coordinate feedback to management, ensuring clarity and transparency in all investor interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date investor databases and track shareholding patterns to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Assist in preparing ESG and sustainability-related disclosures and reports, helping the company uphold its commitment to responsible business practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to public disclosures and investor communication, safeguarding the company's reputation and maintaining legal standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed and comprehensive investor relations calendar, scheduling regular communications and updates.
• Analyze financial data, share performance, and industry trends to inform strategic planning and investor communications.
• Facilitate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, enhancing the organization's visibility and investor engagement.
• Prepare and oversee the development of press releases, presentations, and other investor communication materials that align with the company's financial goals.
• Coordinate with external analysts and stockbrokers to ensure accurate portrayal of the company's financial and operational strengths in the market.
• Advise senior management on investor and capital market perceptions and actions, supporting strategic financial decisions.
• Lead initiatives for improving the company’s investor relations program, ensuring alignment with current market practices and standards.
• Provide support in the preparation of the annual report, ensuring comprehensive reflection of the company's financial performance and investor relations activities.
