Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance, based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and conducting regular financial analysis. Key tasks include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data to provide insights, supporting audit processes, and assisting in the development of financial strategies.

What WE Need

1. Manage a Global Treasury Function for a multinational corporation.

2. Strong understanding of daily banking operations.

3. Preparing management and board reports as per standard format and ad-hoc reports on need basis

4. Reconciliation of Chargeback cases.

5. Co-ordination with Payment Gateway of chargeback cases and providing the supporting document.

6. Good knowledge on processing the payments (Wire / virtual cards)

7. Excellent time management and organizational ability.

8. Oversee the maintenance of financial records and receipts.

9. Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly financial transactions.

10. Experience of Handling SGA and other expenses

11. Has demonstrable understanding of the accounting standards IFRS/USGAAP,

12. Good knowledge of Tally Erp or other accounting tools

13. Team management

14. Supporting the month end process where necessary

Qualifications

• A.. 4-5 years of experience in Finance.
• B. Good knowledge of Ms Excel, (advanced excel) is preferred.
• C. Strong mathematical background and analytical capabilities.
• D. Extensive experience in finance and data processing environments.
• E. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• F. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to meet regulated standards and
• G. Proficient in identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
• H. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• I. Ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
