Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager (and Assistant) will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring integrated digital marketing campaigns with a focus on brand building, product launches, and performance-driven outcomes. The role involves strategic planning, operational execution, financial monitoring, and people management to enhance the company’s digital presence and drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for new product launches and long-term brand building.
  • Align campaigns with overall business objectives and market positioning.

 

Operational

  • Work closely with 

    Presales and Sales teams

     to track and evaluate 

    lead quality and conversion effectiveness

    .
  • Execute lead gen campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing agencies and media partners to ensure accurate and effective market communication.
  • Coordinate with external teams for the development of sales promotional material.
  • Deliver all digital marketing activities within the agreed budget and timelines.
  • Work with agencies to plan and develop diverse media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for database marketing initiatives.
  • Manage design, content, and cost approvals with senior management.
  • Oversee day-to-day agency affairs and provide weekly campaign activity updates.
  • Manage vendor and media relationships effectively.
  • Drive pre- and post-campaign efforts including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Initiate and execute branding and sales promotional activities.

 

Financial

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets for allocated brands.
  • Ensure adherence to the annual marketing budget and control spends on promotions, advertising campaigns, and media buying.
  • Provide monthly updates on budget vs. spend.
  • Prepare 

    reports and dashboards

     to measure campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality
  • Ensure high proficiency in 

    MS Excel

     for data analysis, budgeting, and reporting.


People

  • Foster a performance-driven culture within the team.
  • Identify training needs to improve productivity and efficiency.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • UG/ PG in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on large-scale real estate, commercial projects, or related sectors (luxury, automobiles, hospitality, BFSI).
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, digital media channels, and database marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, agencies, and vendor partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
