Job Description

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for the Online and Distance Learning programs offered by ICFAI Group. This role involves managing both paid and organic campaigns, collaborating closely with the Development and Creative Teams, and ensuring seamless digital operations in line with brand objectives.

Role Description:

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and native platforms for Online and Distance Learning programs.
Role involves coordinating with platform teams(Google, Meta and LinkedIn) to improve performance and ROI, tracking and analyzing results using Google Analytics and GTM, and providing data-driven recommendations for better conversions.
Managing website tracking, SEO updates, and WordPress performance in collaboration with the IT team. Also accountable for monitoring ad budgets, preparing performance reports, and driving organic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement through creative content initiatives.
Knowledge with advanced chatbot tools and automation platforms

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Google Ads/Meta Ads Certification preferred
Knowledge of omnichannel Marketing strategies is desirable
Awareness of emerging AI tools and methods to leverage them for website optimization
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Knowledge in graphic and video creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is an added advantage
6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector or performance marketing
