Kindly note, this role is being offered on a one-year contractual basis Location : Powai, Mumbai Key Roles & Responsibilities: Execute campaigns across Email, Facebook/Google, Affiliate Ads, Display, and Web to achieve business goals. Measure and report digital campaign performance against ROI and KPIs. Coordinate with business teams to build city- and category-level plans. Support setup and management of digital marketing infrastructure (Tag Management, Tracking, Analytics, Attribution, Salesforce, Automation tools). Analyze trends, optimize spend and performance; plan and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages and user experience optimization. Work with agencies and publisher networks on lead generation campaigns. Lead technical SEO analysis and execute website optimization for organic leads and conversions. Lead Nurturing Responsibilities: Execute digital go-to-market strategy and tactics using digital marketing and lead nurturing techniques. Collaborate with presales teams to drive desired results. Use marketing automation and lead nurturing tools to optimize organic traffic and databases. Perform administrative tasks like updating databases and spreadsheets. Required Skills / Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 4+ years of digital marketing experience in real estate development or marketing agencies are preferred. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, and lead nurturing. Technical proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively. Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO KPIs. Proficiency with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, crawling software, Salesforce, HubSpot, WebEngage, and other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms. Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. We are open to considering: Women candidates returning to work.
