Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive end-to-end digital marketing across channels (Email, Google/Facebook, Affiliates, Display, Web) to achieve business goals and ROI targets.
2. Collaborate with business teams to plan city- and category-level campaigns, manage digital infrastructure (Tag Management, Analytics, Salesforce, Automation), and optimize spend through testing and performance analysis.
3. Partner with Presales teams to enhance lead quality and drive higher conversions.
4. Lead SEO, GEO, and website optimization initiatives for organic growth, and implement tech-driven projects such as virtual tours, CRM upgrades, and AI bots.
5. Execute digital go-to-market and lead-nurturing strategies, manage automation tools, and oversee marketing databases, reporting, and administrative updates.

Key Skills Required:

1. Performance Marketing, SEO & Website Optimization
2. Lead Nurturing
3. Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Desired Work Experience and Qualification:

1. 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, and Lead Nurturing.
2. Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns across multiple online channels.
3. Technical proficiency with ability to communicate with developers (IT/Engineering background preferred).
4. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, crawling software, Salesforce, Hubspot, WebEngage, and other marketing automation/CRM tools.
