Job Role: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager B2B Sales (Food & Pharma Testing Services)

Food, Pharma, Cosmetics, and Environmental Testing

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across
Food
or
Pharma
industries.
Promote EFRAC’s
testing and analytical services
to potential clients (QA Heads, Plant Managers, Purchase, and Regulatory teams).
Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client meetings, understand testing needs, and coordinate proposals.
Build strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly revenue and account acquisition targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (lab, logistics, accounts) for smooth service delivery.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain MIS/reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
5–7 years of experience in
B2B / institutional sales
.
Industry Preference:
Candidates from
Food Testing Labs, Pharma Testing / QA, Analytical Services, Certification / Inspection / Lab Consumables
industry.
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any discipline with proven sales acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Should own a laptop and be open to travel.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates from
New Town, Rajarhat, Salt Lake, Chinar Park, or Lake Town, Ruby
will be given preference.
