Job Title:International Sales

Location: Pune, Kanpur and Mumbai

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

  Prospect and approach potential clients for international express/courier services.

• Sales Management:

  Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and account management.

• Client Relationship:

  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Market Research:

  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.

• Pricing & Quotation:

  Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions to clients.

• Coordination:

  Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth express movement and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2.5 years of experience in express, courier, or parcel sales
• Strong understanding of global logistics, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
