Job Description

Relationship Manager (RM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, etc.).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and portfolio reviews.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely support and personalized financial solutions.
Achieve assigned business targets in terms of revenue and product mix.
Cross-sell and upsell multiple financial products to maximize client value.
Maintain accurate client data and interaction history using CRM tools.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client transactions.
