Job Description

Insurance Relationship Manager (IRM)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify prospective clients and understand their insurance requirements.
Recommend appropriate life, health, and general insurance products based on client profiles.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and portfolio reviews.
Support clients in policy issuance, renewals, claims, and documentation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch and organizational revenue goals.
Collaborate with product teams to offer customized insurance and investment packages.
Stay updated on product changes, underwriting guidelines, and industry developments.
Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI and company compliance standards.
Conduct financial awareness and client education sessions to promote protection planning.
