Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Collections at Spocto, you will be part of a dynamic team developing a full stack collections platform powered by AI ML capabilities, revolutionizing the debt industry. Your role will involve leading Voice Operations Functions in the Collections Domain, managing client relationships, ensuring SLA management, governance, and reporting, as well as driving developmental initiatives for retention and succession planning. You will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction to operational support units, ensuring timely achievement of SLAs, managing productivity, staffing levels, and operational efficiency. Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing cost control, profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Voice Operations Functions in the Collections Domain - Manage client relationships and client servicing - Ensure SLA management, governance, and reporting - Drive developmental initiatives for retention and succession planning - Provide strategic and tactical direction to operational support units - Ensure timely achievement of SLAs with no revenue shrinkage - Manage productivity and staffing levels for effective cost management - Develop and manage operations plan effectively - Interact with leadership team and individual department AVP to align operational priorities with company's mission, vision, and values - Participate in customer calls and meetings to promote operational excellence - Manage organization through transformation, new system roll-outs, and new product roll-outs Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream - Minimum 5 years of overall experience with 2-4 years of experience in an Assistant Manager/Team Lead role in the Collections Vertical - Proficiency in advanced Excel, including Excel-based Macros, VLookup, HLookup, Pivot table, data analysis, and graphical representation of data - Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal and external Additional Details: Spocto, a rapidly growing company in the financial services industry, is at the forefront of innovation with a full stack collections platform powered by AI ML capabilities.
