Job Description: Yubi, formerly known as CredAvenue, is at the forefront of transforming the global debt market through technology. As an Analytics Consultant at Yubi, you will play a crucial role in tracking and analyzing key operational and usage metrics related to our chatbot systems. Your insights will be instrumental in optimizing chatbot performance, enhancing user engagement, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify critical chatbot performance metrics. - Develop strategies for collecting and analyzing data on chatbot usage and operational performance. - Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. - Analyze chatbot usage patterns, identify trends, and recommend improvements. - Support A/B testing initiatives to assess the impact of chatbot feature changes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are incorporated into chatbot development efforts. - Monitor chatbot performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align metrics with business goals. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in an analytics role. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages like SQL, Python, R, etc. - Experience with business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting. - Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. - Experience with chatbot data analytics or natural language processing (NLP) systems.
