POSITION/ ROLE Assistant Manager - Campus Management
LOCATION Mumbai
OBJECTIVE
Lead the end-to-end campus strategy-from institute selection and employer branding to selection, offer
management, pre-onboarding, onboarding, training, and confirmation, ensuring high-quality early talent
pipelines, stronger governance, and consistent experience across businesses.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Consolidate requirements and finalize institutes per agreed dates.
Secure Day-0/week-1 slots/early slots, Eg. Pre-Diwali interview window to maximize offer acceptance and brand recall.
Publish campus calendar post-institute finalization covering outreach, tests/assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and engagement moments.
Facilitate and run the annual campus plan in partnership with business groups and HR leaders across all Voltas Businesses.
Partner with businesses to form and execute one year plan for GET/DET/MT across business.
Conceptualize & execute a governance mechanism to ensure learning deliveries are met.
Track learning outcomes and readiness for confirmation as per role standards.
Facilitate immersion trainings and cross-functional stints.
Conceptualize and execute leadership & testimonial videos as per the calendar. oversee editing/finalization and rollout calendar, manage testimonial pipeline
Drive content on LinkedIn, Youtube, Naukri etc
Collaborate with Marketing to revamp Glassdoor and Ambition Box pages; align content cadence, visuals, and responses.
Ensure consistent brand assets like preplacement campus decks, emails, microsites, assessment communications etc
Design and execute pre-onboarding engagement, webinars, faculty connects, student visits, functional deep-dives etc
Design and execute post-onboarding engagement
Build a Buddy/Mentor framework: identification, training, assignment, facilitate and run review schedules for mentor mentee check-ins through digital mechanisms.
Annual training refresh of Identified Buddies & Mentors
Curate Leadership videos and storytelling for PRARAMBH
Prepare missing guidelines for safety, travel, reimbursements, local transport, stay, and emergency support; communicate clearly to campus hires.
Publish dashboards on institute pipeline, offers, diversity, joining, drop-offs, training completion, and confirmation status.
