Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Business Development will drive sales and expansion of Wizpro’s Machine Vision and AIDC portfolio across North India. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering customer-focused automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities for Machine Vision and AIDC solutions (cameras, sensors, barcode scanners, printers, RFID, vision systems).
• Generate leads through market mapping and proactive client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
• Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for demonstrations, POCs, and trials.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation / Mechanical).
• MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales within Machine Vision, AIDC, or Industrial Automation.
• Proven experience managing OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Machine Vision and AIDC technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Solution-oriented and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North India.
