Job Description

Assistant Manager- Brand Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand identity, tone, and positioning across markets.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and monitor ATL/BTL, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage brand promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launch initiatives, and collaborations.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all customer touch-points.

Digital & Content Marketing Support

  • Work closely with digital teams to align brand objectives with online initiatives.
  • Drive brand storytelling through engaging content, creatives, and brand communication assets.
  • Oversee brand presence on website, social media, marketplaces, and other digital platforms.

Consumer Insights & Research

  • Conduct consumer research, surveys, and feedback analysis.
  • Identify consumer preferences and behavioral insights to guide marketing strategy.
  • Track brand awareness, perception, and engagement metrics.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, digital partners, and PR teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, E-commerce, Retail, and Product teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables within defined budgets.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in annual brand planning and marketing budget allocation.
  • Track ROI on campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare periodical performance reports and MIS for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of brand building, consumer marketing, and market dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to marketing analytics tools preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in consumer brands, lifestyle, fashion, watches, retail, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
