Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of visual merchandising guidelines for brand stores, multi-brand outlets, and counters.
Coordinate with vendors for the production of display kits, props, signage, and brand collateral (watch boxes, carry bags, warranty cards, etc.).
Support in store setup, display installation, and ensuring adherence to brand identity and presentation standards.
Work closely with the marketing, Sales and retail teams for campaign roll-outs, key visuals, and promotional displays.
Ensure consistency and quality across all merchandising elements in line with brand guidelines.
Maintain an inventory of all VM materials and fixtures, ensuring timely dispatch and replenishment.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate display execution and provide improvement feedback.
Support in photo-shoot: planning and coordination for product and lifestyle shoot.
Assist in preparing VM reports, layouts, and presentations for internal review.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Fine Arts, or Fashion Communication.
1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in watches, fashion, or lifestyle segment.
Creative eye for aesthetics, colour coordination, and product presentation.
Proficiency in designing software is an added advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
