Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Amazon, YouTube and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets, ROAS, and conversion rates to achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media strategy, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Coordinate with the creative and brand teams for campaign assets, copy, and visuals.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.

Social Media Management

  • Lead social media strategy, planning, content direction, and calendar execution.
  • Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Oversee creative development for posts, reels, stories, ads, and brand campaigns.

E-Commerce Support

  • Coordinate with marketplace & website teams to support product listings, creatives, and promotions.
  • Work with agencies/vendors for campaign execution, content creation, and performance marketing.

Brand & Communication

  • Ensure alignment of digital communication with brand guidelines.
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, and digital brand-building initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, traffic quality, and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and best practices.

Brand Website (D2C)

  • Coordinate with developers and agencies for website updates, product uploads, and UX/UI improvements.
  • Drive traffic and conversions on the brand website through digital campaigns and re-marketing.
  • Implement and track Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and conversion tracking for performance measurement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing
  • Experience in fashion/lifestyle/watches preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO basics, and campaign tools
  • Ability to coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong creative understanding and brand sensitivity
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Lifestyle / Watches/ Fashion/ Consumer Brands
  • Proven record of managing brand social media and digital campaigns
  • Experience with Shopify / Amazon / Flipkart marketing will be an added advantage
