Assistant Manager- Brand Marketing

As an Assistant Manager in Brand Marketing within the Real Estate industry, your role will involve reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to acquire customers and meet the company's annual revenue targets. - Developing and implementing a comprehensive Annual Marketing Calendar aligned with budgets and revenue goals. - Designing and overseeing marketing campaigns across various platforms such as print media, digital channels, and outdoor advertising. - Planning and executing engagement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate the brand's value. - Managing in-site branding and overseeing the production of marketing collateral. - Coordinating with agencies for content creation and distribution to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. - Evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and providing regular reports and insights on their effectiveness. - Refining marketing and customer acquisition strategies based on feedback from the Presales and Sales teams. - Monitoring the ROI and effectiveness of different advertising mediums to optimize marketing spend. - Collecting continuous feedback from Sales and Presales teams to update campaigns and achieve enquiry and walk-in targets. - Organizing customer engagement activities as per the Marketing Calendar to nurture brand loyalty. - Planning and executing Channel Partner engagement activities to enhance business relationships and drive sales.
