Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our bar team, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality service teams and driving customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, waiters, and support staff to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools.
