Assistant Manager- Bar

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our bar team, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality service teams and driving customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, waiters, and support staff to achieve exceptional performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.

• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
